You will be required to complete a Par Q form, and if needed a medical clearance from your doctor.  You don’t need a specific level as such.  With our Zoom sessions I will provide you with other exercise options.  Progressions and regressions, low impact or high impact options are offered during sessions.

HIIT and Strength are 30 minute sessions
Pilates are 1 hour sessions
Core+ More are 20 minute sessions
Stretch are 30 minute sessions

You need to have Zoom on your device, but you do not need a specific account. I share with you the invite for our Zoom sessions.

You can have your camera off however I will be unable to do technique recommendations. You will be able to have your camera on, but you will need to your camera in ‘speaker view’.  What this means is that after we greet everyone and get ready to start, everyone gets ‘muted’.  You will only be able to see my demonstration on your screen.

 

Easy! Initially we set up a consultation appointment.  Then communication – via texting, email, messenger and in some instances quarterly consultation appointments.  The quarterly appointments are client driven.
