Our programs include the following workouts and practice:

STELLAR
PILATES

Stellar Pilates is an hour of practice of strengthening your deep inner core also known as your T-Zone. Stellar Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. These sessions are available online and face to face.

STELLAR HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves short, intense bursts of aerobic exercise, interspersed with strength exercises. Our HIIT sessions usually last for 30 minutes which increase your heart rate and improves your cardiovascular (lung + heart) health. With or without weights!

STELLAR STRENGTH

Stellar Strength is 30 minutes of physical conditioning in which muscles are exercised by being worked against an opposing force (as by lifting weights) to increase strength. Options are using your own body or added resistance.

STELLAR
STRETCH

Our muscles tend to become tight and cramped so we open and extend our bodies with our 30-minute full body Stellar Stretch.

STELLAR
CORE+ MORE

Our 20-minute Stellar Core+ More focuses on your core strength and developing stronger abs and the option of working your posterior chain muscles (back, glutes, quads and calves).

I am a member of Stella Fitness and have been doing her group zoom pilates sessions 3 times per week since 2020. A friend recommended I join Stella’s pilates class and it was the best decision I have made. Stella will tailor the workouts to your needs. Each exercise is offered with different progressions and you are coached as an individual within the group. I have back difficulties and throughout the process Stella has adapted the program to my needs and encouraged and supported me in the journey. As I travel for work, classes can be done anywhere. Apart from the huge benefits I have gained in my physical well-being it has been the benefits in my mental wellbeing that I have been so grateful for.
