How do l get started?
We will organise a time to have a chat, which is your initial consultation and for you to complete a quick health questionnaire.
We can also discuss what you would like to achieve, and establishing what we have to work with and build on, then you’re good to go!
The ease of working out in your own home allows you to complete your workout, then be ready to get straight into interacting with your loved ones, family, preparing dinner or relaxing in your living room.
If online practice is not for you there is the option for face to face Pilates practice with Stella at a time that is convenient to you. You will receive individualised attention and focus which is tailored to you and your goals. These sessions are by appointment only and are limited.
